SERAYU RAFTING

       Serayu river is flow from Dieng to the south, than turn round to the west in Wonosobo, direct flow to Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas and Cilacap regency. The mouth of Serayu river is in Cilacap regency specialy in Hindia ocean.

       In Banjarnegara area, the current is very strong. The wave it self very variously. From the first rank upto fourth rank. There for the Serayu river in Banjarnegara is very good for rafting or kayaking. Many curves in serayu river make the chalanges manier. Beside that, the water in Serayu river is never less although  the dry season  is happen. It's different with the other river in Indonesia which on the dry season the water is less. It can not be used for rafting.

       Rafting in Banjarnegara is the best in Indonesia. It is proved even used for National and International rafting competetion. Includ in the nect International 2013.. Serayu river is located beside province way. It's very easy to be  rised and support by new 3 stars hotel.

       Many person from out of Banjarnegara and from many countries raft there.

                                            ARUNG JERAM SERAYU
     

       Sungai Serayu mengalir dari Dieng menuju ke selatan, kemudian membelok ke barat di Wonosobo. setelah itu  mengalir  menuju ke Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas dan Cilacap. Muaranya di Colacap hususnya di samudra Hindia.

       Di wilayah Banjarnegara arus sungai serayu sangat deras dan bergelombang. Gelombangnyapun bermacam-macam ada 4 tingkatan. Oleh karena itu sungai serayu sangat vagus digunakan untuk arung jeram. Lika-liku sungai itu sangat memberi tantangan dalam arung jeram. Selain itu debid air serayu tidak pernah kecil sepanjang tahun, walau di musim kemarau. Berbeda dengan sungai-sungai lain di Indonesia. Kalau musim kemarau debid airnya kecil, sehingga tidak bisa untuk arung jeram.

       Arung jeram di Banjarnegara memang paling bagus di Indonesia. Terbukti sering digunakan untuk ajang arung jeram nasional dan Internasional, termasuk rencananya Arung Jeram Internasional tahun 2013. Lokasinyapun sangat mudah dijangkau, yaitu dipinggir jalan Propinsi Banjarnegara - Wonosobo, dan didukung dengan adanya hotel baru berbintamng 3 yang memadai. Banyak orang luar Banjarnegara termasuk dari luar negeri yang arung jeram disitu.

HOME STAY

       As usualy on celebrate of the new year, in Dieng Plateau, there are many tourist. Domestic tourist and come from other countries. Acordingly Dieng will be full with tourist. The domestic tourist, who far from Dieng and tourist from other country will spend the night in Dieng for a night or more. Now, all of hotel and home stay there have received the order December 29 th up to January 1st 2013. The order received since December th 2012, because They worry if look for the hotel late, They will get difficulty to stay there.

       In Dieng there are 69 home stays. 51 home stays located in Dieng Kulon viladge, Banjarnegara, and 18 located in Dieng Wetan viladge, Wonosobo.

       Many home stays room located inside the people house, but some of them located out side. The price about Rp.150.000,- up to Rp.250.000, for a night.

       Beside seing the beuatifull  natural panorama in Dieng, the tourist can also see many traditional dances and other comfort which comfortable on new year change night.

HOME STAY

       Seperti biasanya, pada peringatan tahun baru di dataran tinggi Dieng, ada banyak turis. Turis domestik dan yang datang dari banyak negara. Karenanya Dieng akan penuh dengan turis. Turis domestik yang jauh dari Dieng dan turis dari negara lain, akan menginap di Dieng untuk semalam atau lebih. Sekarang hotel dan home stay di Dieng telah menerima pesanan untuk tanggal 29 Desember sampai 1 Januari 2013. Mereka memesan sejak tanggal 11 Desember 2012, sebab Mereka kuatir kalau mencari hotel terlambat, maka Mereka akan mendapat kesulitan untuk tinggal disana.

       Di Dieng ada 69 home stay. 51 home stay terletak di desa Dieng Kulon, Banjarnegara dan 18 home stay terletak di Dieng Wetan, Wonosobo. Banyak kamar home stay terletak di dalam rumah penduduk, tetapi ada beberapa terletak di luar rumah.Harga sewa kamar home stay antara Rp.150.000 sampai Rp.250.000 untuk satu malam.

       Disamping melihat pemandangan alam yang indah di Dieng, turis juga dapat melihat tarian tradisional dan hoburan yang  lain yang menyenangkan pada malam pergantian tahun baru.

Saat itu Aku mengenakan kaos panjang berwarna ungu.
Dan celana jean berwarna biru.

Mengasyikan.
Itulah yang membuat Kita teringat terus.
Bunganyapun berwarna warni, indah sekali.
Menambah indahnya telaga,

MANY TEMPLES IN DIENG PLATEAU

       One of tourism object in Dieng Plateau is Arjuna temple complex. Arjuna temple complex consist of 5 temples. Those are Arjuna, Semar, Srikandi, Puntadewa and Sembadra temple. Beside that there are Bima temple, Gatot kaca and Dwarawati temple.

       Arjuna temples complex are built in 2 paralel line from the north to south. Those temples mustrated the companying deities Siwa

       Gatotkaca temple is located at the west of Arjuna temple complex. At Gatotkaca temple there is typical makara depicting a griming giant face withaout underjaw.

       Bima temple. Bima temple which located 1 Km at right side of Gatotkaca temple, there is shikara look like formed an upside down bowl. Beside there is a kudu statue which can not be faound at other temple in Indonesia.

       Dwarawati temple. Dwarawati temple which located at north from all of the temple in Dieng, is built on perahu hill. Its easy to be visited from Bima temple and Sikidang crater.

KAWAH SIKIDANG

      Kawah Sikidang adalah kawah vulaknik yang dapat disaksikan dari bibir kawah dan cukup dekat, serta keadaan Kita lebih tinggi dari kawah itu sehingga Kita jelas melihatnya.Uap air dan lava berwarna abau-abu dan muncul berpindah-pindah dengan melompat seperti kijang. Hal ini membuat kawah ini disebut kawah Sikidang. Hal ini juga yang membuat karakteristik dari kawah itu. Lokasinya aman dan tidak masalah untuk dilihat dari jarak dekat, sehingga banyak wisatawan domestik maupun manca negara yang datang melihatnya.

SIKIDANG CRATER

       Sikidang crater is a volcano crater, which can be seen nearly and from higher place, so it's very clearly., The crater is boiling with producees gray smoke with strong sulfur smelt and even move to other place by jumping as a deer. So this crater is called Sikidang or deer. The location Sikidang crater is  safety to be seen nearly. It is make many domestic touris dan foreighn touris come there.

MENJER LAKE

       Menjer lake is located in Garung, 12 Km from Wonosobo regency. The place is very beautifull with cold air. Boating round the lake is one of the way to enjoy that beautifull lake. There are many boats which make us happy. Fishing is also the way to enjoy Menjer lake. There are many fisher fish, in special place area. They get many kind of fish. The other way to enjoy that lake is walking by seing the beautifull panorama before arivving in Dieng plateau, which is more beautifull.

TELAGA MENJER.

       Telaga Menjer terletak di Garung, 12 Km dari Kabupaten Wonosobo. Tempatnya sangat indah dengan udaranya yang dingin. Naik perahu mengelilingi telaga adalah salah satu cara untuk menikmati keindahan telaga itu. Disana terdapat banyak pperahu yang akan membuat Kita bahagia. Memancing juga salah satu cara untuk menikmati telaga Menjer. Disana banyak pemancing ikan di area husus. Ikannyapun ada banyak jenis; Cara lain untuk menikmati telaga itu, adalah jalan-jalan sambil melihat pemandangan indah sebelum tiba di Dataran tinggi Dieng yang lebih indah.
